Its Googles new 411 service. I think this is really cool. First of all it 100% free, I love free, and Google does a great job at providing free stuff, and all you have to do is call 1-800-GOOG-411 (1-800-466-4411) and say your location and what you want to search for.

Just another great invention by Google.
